Return Policy

1. Can I return an item I purchased?

All original art sales are final. 

No exchanges on any reproduced prints of original artwork.  If a customer is dissatisfied with the colors or quality of the print, it may be returned if contact is made with us within 7 days of receiving item.  Prints will need to be shipped back to our company.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.

2. How do I ship a print back to you?

We ask that you please use all original packaging for shipping.  If packaging was thrown away, please purchase a rigid mailer for prints and a new tube for rolled prints and canvas.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Once received, please allow 8-10 business days for refund.

3.  I'm not satisfied with the colors of my print.  Can I exchange it for a different one?  

We do our very best to choose the best quality possible for reproduction prints.  Even despite our best efforts, there still might be some slight color variance from what you are viewing from your screen.  If you are not satisfied with your print, you may return your print.  Upon receiving item we will issue a refund, and you may make a new purchase through our website.  Please refer to our return and exchange policy from above.

Issues During Transit

4.  My package and artwork was damaged.  What do I do?

We are not liable for any damages during transit on any USPS or UPS orders.  We work hard to make sure each package is packaged with care.  Please be kind as you reach out to us to resolve this issue.  We will handle this on a case by case basis.  We take pride in working closely with our customers to make sure they are satisfied. It is as much of a disappointment for us as it is for you when artwork arrives damaged!  If it has been damaged after delivery, we are unable to refund your item. Please, please take great care in handling and storing your artwork!

 5.  My order was lost / stolen / not delivered.  What do I do now?

If your package says "delivered" and is nowhere to be found, please double check your confirmation email shipping address, to ensure you entered it correctly.  We will not be able to reprint any order because of a mistake on your part in entering the wrong address.  If by chance the order came back to our studio, we are happy to reship it to the correct address. However, we will ask that you pay shipping for the item. In the case of  theft, we are unable to deal with these issues directly.  We are unable to reprint any order that has been lost/ stolen/ or not delivered.
